REMBAU
1. I was wonder whether this news true since I just read the newspaper with the article entitled 'not all online news true'. But I let the people to make the judgement on this news
2. Perhaps the YB Rembau has a lot of things to do since he became the UMNO Youth Chief and perhaps he is on the way to prepare strategy for next UMNO general Assembly which he might want the further position in the party. It takes a lot of time to prepare money to give to the UMNO members that will be voting in the election.
LIBERALISATION AND BUMIPUTERA
1. I seriously take note of liberalisation that implemented by our prime minister since he become our leader in this 100 days. But the liberalisation has to deal with NEP and Bumiputera's right which in certain points, heated up the pro and cons.
2. It is well known that the FIC has eliminated the 30% of bumiputera equity in order for foreign company to be listed. But the 30% equity, still, will be maintain in macro level.
3.Please give me the further information of macro level since my syllabus of economy subject is just a selected topic. The information of maintaining the 30% of Bumi equity in macro level should be broadcasted eventhough i'm just a pre-law student.
4.Then comes the merit system for National scholarship that rebranding the JPA scholarships. JPA scholarship formerly based on quota of Bumi with 60%, then reduce to 55% and now will be based on merit and qualification.Means that the ground of getting the scholarship will be same for bumi and non-bumi.
5. I hope MARA will not follow this 'liberalisation' as well.If it does, then the Malay in rural areas will suffer a lot and perhaps, the UiTM has to be opened to non-bumi.
6.It sounds racist. But yet I'm just saying the truth for bumiputera. The article 153 is still there for the Bumiputera's right. If it needs to amend then the proposal should surpass the conference of rulers first and I don't think the Sultan will agree on it as the right is one of the 'social contract' that has been agreed by all since independence Day.
7.If the liberalisation is aim for bumi to show out their pure quality, standard and strive to compete with others nation and for equality. I hope it is true but then the majority of diadvantages at rural areas is Malay. Then, give the equal chance to them too.
8.Bumiputera's right is for the disadvantages and poor Malay at rural area to compete and being equal with other races. This is what we call positive discrimination.
assalamualaikum...kepada saudara zharif, bole saya dapatkan email saudara? saya sangat berminat mengenai program global peace yang saudara sertai tersebut

just learnt today 'bout positive discrimination...now i can go deep further through the topic...
ReplyDeleteTun Mahathir suke idea yg malay kena cuba berdikari tanpa pertolongan kerajaan..of course at one perspective, ianya bagus tetapi cuba anda bayangkan mampukah orang melayu compete with Chinese yg sudah jauh kedepan? syarikat mereka dah kukuh n stabil..sudah tentu melayu akan kalah ..dah la bilangan melayu kecil jer berbanding ribuan company cina diluar tu..tengelam terus..kita perlukan ramai jutawan melayu..
ReplyDeleteSebab itu Hani sokong Z dimana kerajaan masih memainkan peranan utk push diorg berjaya..apabila rmai company melayu dah berjaya..harap mereka dapat tolong org melayu yg lain pula..sbgai mentor..maka disitu kerajaan mungkin bole mula lepas tangan..tapi, skrg no way..
z, can u tell me how u manage ur study? i.e : how to get 4.0
ReplyDeleteyg no 4 tue mmg ija tk setuju sgt. bukan nak racist ke ap tapi just fikir la, chinese dorang da bnyk tajaan dr ngo, persatuan itu ini. kita kbnyakannya harapkan kerajaan je. tmbh2 budak luar bandar yg tak tahu pa pe tue. plg famous tuk dorang pon jpa, mara, etc.
ReplyDeletekalau tk salah, yg mendaftar dkt kmb under scholar jpa hampir sume chinese. mmg ramai gle tk puas hati.
betul ckp hani. bagus juga tuk biar idea, "it's either to swim or sink". tp biar lah sume org start dgn fair. melalui dasar pecah dan perintah british lg, china da dpt kelebihan. mmg patutlah klau kerajaan nk tolong org melayu.
tp instead of tolong company, ija lg suke kalau kerajaan naikkan taraf pendidikan rakyat. sebab pendidikan itu penting. tun ghafar baba pnah fight utk bina mrsm. time tue sume org bangkang dye psl relevannya bina sekolah tuk majukan negara dr segi keusahawanan la. tp dye ttp ckp yg pendidikanlah yg patut dorang fokus.
tapi keadaan sekarang (scholarship dan ppsmi), ija dah tk nampak bantuan kerajaan. apa yg ija nampak, bende2 ney telah dipolitikkan dan masa depan cam semakin kelam. mcm tringin sgt nk jerit "korang tolonglah fikir effect jangka panjang." sepatutnya dorang ada plan a, b, c. at least ble satu plan gagal. boleh perbaharui plan tue. bukannya tukar trus. cam issue ppsmi lah, marah budak tk pandai english. pergi tukar math and science in english. cerdik sungguh. sakitnye lain ubatnye lain!
hmm...
ReplyDeleteeventhough sometimes i do hate racism, but then again
a positive discrimination like abg zharif said is a must especially for the Bumiputra's and for the first time i do support discrimination...
hopefully the Bumiputras realize bout this fact and try to grab it...use it wisely,
because i myself have look at lots of example how the chinese especially conquering the economy and some are trying to dominate the politics...
and as Az-Zahra was saying Kerajaan should not balme others especially the one called Rakyat...we just follow the flow set by the Kerajaan it is not our fault....
sepatutnya la kan, before Kerajaan start the ppsmi thing, they should have carried it slowly, start one by one, don't just start totally in english,
ingat lagi masa sekolah, my sciene and math teachers sometimes were quite confuse when teaching in english...sebab in malay the terms are differ from in english...
